• A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive our official confirmation email.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion.
• You must provide accurate contact and participant information during checkout.

Prices listed on our platform may vary based on the chosen package, tour duration, seasonality, vendor pricing, and selected add-ons.

Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking to successfully confirm your reservation. All transactions are processed securely. Any applicable taxes and fees will be clearly displayed before you finalize your payment.

We understand that travel plans change. Cancellations made within the permitted time window (usually 48 hours before the scheduled activity) may be eligible for a full or partial refund, or rescheduling.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made outside the allowed window may incur fees or result in a total forfeiture of the booking cost.
• No-Shows: Failing to arrive for your scheduled tour without prior notice will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
• Weather Conditions: If we cancel a tour due to severe or unsafe weather conditions, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.

Safety is our top priority. Adventure activities like buggy and ATV riding involve inherent risks, and it is crucial that all participants act responsibly.

Users must strictly follow all safety instructions provided by our professional guides. You are required to wear all provided safety gear (such as helmets and goggles) at all times during the activity. Reckless driving, ignoring guide instructions, or dangerous behavior will result in immediate termination of your tour without a refund.

As a user of BuggyAndATV's services, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information when making a booking.
• Arrive on time for your scheduled pickup or tour start time.
• Treat our staff, guides, and other participants with respect.
• Follow all local laws and environmental regulations during the tour.
• Avoid intentionally damaging any vehicles, equipment, or property. You may be held financially liable for willful damages.

Certain tours have specific restrictions regarding age, height, physical health, and driving licenses to ensure the safety of all guests.

Drivers generally must meet a minimum age requirement and hold a valid driver's license. Users with serious medical conditions, recent surgeries, backcheck problems, or those who are pregnant should not participate if the activity is deemed unsafe by medical professionals.

Guests must arrive on time or be ready at the designated pickup location at the exact agreed-upon time.

Our guides and transport vehicles run on a strict schedule. Late arrivals may cause delays for other guests and could result in a shortened tour or a complete cancellation of your booking without a refund.

Some of our specialized tours, transport services, or add-on activities may be operated by verified partner vendors rather than directly by BuggyAndATV.

In these cases, the specific rules, safety waivers, and terms of those third-party operators will also apply to your booking and overall experience.

Users agree not to misuse the BuggyAndATV website or its underlying infrastructure. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Submitting false, spam, or malicious information.
• Attempting fraudulent bookings or unauthorized payments.
• Copying, scraping, or stealing our text, imagery, or code without written permission.
• Interfering with the site's functionality or attempting to bypass security measures.

Adventure activities inherently involve some level of risk. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuggyAndATV is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages caused by user negligence, unsafe behavior, severe weather events, third-party actions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Participants will be required to sign a standard liability waiver before beginning their tour.

BuggyAndATV reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our business practices, legal requirements, or safety protocols.
